We understand that raising grass-fed beef isn't just about raising beef. It requires careful selection of genetics and certain types of breeds that lend themselves well to being fattened on grass. These animals need to be docile, have a smaller frame and fatten and marble well on grass alone. It is also about careful management of grass so that the cattle are always gaining weight. We also take into careful consideration the slaughter house where the cattle go so that they are handled correctly and the meat is aged properly.
Our beef isn't certified organic, it is "beyond organic"! We promise you that our beef is free from hormones and antibiotics. These animals have never had grain or any animal by-products. The pasture these cattle graze has not had any chemical fertilizer applied
